National Cartoonists Society Foundation awards 2015 scholarship to Derek Desierto

The National Cartoonists Society Foundation has announced that this year’s recipient of the 2015 Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship is Derek Desierto of Sheridan College in Ontario where he studies animation.
