Cartoonists Northwest announced Toonie Award winners

Mike Peters wins National Headliners Award

Mike Peters, editorial cartoonist fro the Dayton Daily News has won this year’s National Headliners Award for editorial cartooning. Coming in second and third place are Mike Luckovich of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Michael Ramirez of the Investorâ??s Business Daily.Peters took 2nd place for the award in 2002.
