Today marks the 25th anniversary of award-winning illustrator and cartoonist Dave Whamond’s syndicated panel “Reality Check.”
From Dave: “I remember it being such an exciting time but overwhelming at the same time. Having a syndicated comic was a lifelong dream realized. Since I was old enough to read, I could’t wait to read the comics everyday when the newspaper came and it was hard to believe I would now appear on those pages.”
