Editorial cartoonists Clay Bennett (Chattanooga Times Free Press), Bill Day (United Features Syndicate) and Chan Lowe (The South Florida Sun-Sentinel) were named finalists in the the 60th annual Green Eyeshade Awards – a regional journalism competition in 11 southern states.
