Toonfest 2014 to feature Artley, Gilchrist, Hinds, Pittman, Price

This year’s Toonfest 2014 celebrating cartooning in the hometown of Walt Disney (Marceline Missouri) will include editorial cartoonist Steve Artley, Nancy cartoonist Guy Gilchrist, Tank McNamara co-creator Bill Hinds, animator/artist Eddie Pittman, and Rhymes with Orange creator Hilary Price.

I’ve never been, but those who have all report that it’s a great experience for both the cartoonists and the visitors. If you’re in the area, check out the schedule.

  1. Thanks, Alan. The ToonFest experience was nothing less than supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. With the always-upbeat Paul Fell as Emcee, the wonderful folks of Marceline and the opportunity to spend three days with the extraordinary Eddie Pittman, Bill HInds, Guy Gilchrist and Hilary Price made it a truly memorable time.
