Matt Bors explains changes at The Nib

Matt Bors explains changes are afoot at The Nib, which in the last couple of years has become a notable place the web for comics.

But a daily lineup was in many ways a very traditional approach to publishing. And a traditional approach to publishing has never been Medium?s thing. So we?re making changes to focus on the network aspect of the platform and approaching comics differently.

This will be the last week of The Nib?s regular lineup. We will no longer be running certain work on certain days or with the same regularity. It?s a departure from what we?ve been doing, for sure, but I came here to experiment with publishing. You?ll see more of it in the coming weeks: response driven features, a new collective I?m building, and anything else I can think of to create interesting comics.

Here’s an article on the changes at Medium that are driving the changes at the Nib.
