New Chester Gould biography; Dick Tracy Days going on now

Chester Gould’s daughter Jean Gould O’Connell has written a biography of her father entitled “Chester Gould, a Daughter’s Biography of the Creator of Dick Tracy” and will be available during the annual Dick Tracy Days in Woodstock IL. The festival includes a band concert, mystery dinner playhouse, art exhibit, sidewalk art contest, and a parade.
