A traveling exhibit of Dave Coverly’s work is opening in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The exhibit is entitled “Speed Bump: The Comic World of Dave Coverly” and runs through September. Dave will also attend a public presentation in September for a book signing and to meet the public.
A Herblock traveling exhibit will be opening in Evansville Indiana tomorrow. A while ago I reported that Sita Sang The Blues creator Nina Paley would appear at on open reception for her exhibit at the Cartoon Art Museum in San Franciso. While the exhibit will still run through it’s scheduled dates, the opening reception has been cancelled. A new date will be announced.
