ComicDC blogger Mike Rhode writes in to alert Daily Cartoonists that Chan Lowe, editorial cartoonist for the Sun-Sentinel, has posted his first animated editorial cartoon. Chan is working with an animator who works in the Marketing Special Sections Department of the paper.
