Kevin Kallaugher (KAL) has won this year’s Grand Prix Press Cartoon Europe cartoon. The cartoon above was published in the October issue of The Economist. KAL’s cartoon beat out 150 other cartoonists and takes home 8,000 Euros. Second and third place goes to Jean Gouders (The Netherlands), and Quirit (Belgium) respectively.Congratulations to KAL
