This year’s Cartoons and Cocktails will be hosted by Walt Handelsman, this year’s Pulitzer Prize winner. The annual event is held at the National Press Clubs and features a silent and live auction whose proceeds then go to scholarships for needy high school students pursuing journalism, a student paper and the Cartoonists Rights Network.
