Jim Morin wins 2007 Herblock Award
The Miami Herald editorial cartoonist Jim Morin has won the 2007 Herblock Prize award for editorial cartooning and a cash prize of $10,000. The award ceremony is April 4 at the Library of Congress according to E&P.
