Vic Harville retires

Editorial cartoonist Vic Harville has officially retired from the Stephens Media’s Little Rock Bureau where he drew editorial and sports cartoons for the newspaper chain since 2000. Vic says his retirement plans include fishing, painting, visiting family and traveling.
