The Commercial Dispatch has added Mark Tatulli’s Lio, Paul Gilligan’s Pooch Cafe and Phil Frank and Joe Troise’s The Elderberries to their line up. Outgoing strips include The Boondocks, Agnes and Peanuts.The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has added Rick Kirkman and Jerry Scott’s Baby Blues to replace The Boondocks.
