Jim Morin fills in for Joel Pett’s Toon-op

This week’s Toon-op was done by Jim Morin who won this year’s Herblock Prize. Jim’s selection of cartoons for the LA Times came from his own portfolio and included his commentary on the impact of Herblock on his own cartooning. Joel Pett, who usually does the feature, is off this week.

Syndication Bingo update
