New peace exhibit opens in Israel

A new exhibit to promote peace and reconciliation will be opening in Israel on September 12. The exhibit entitled “The Parents Circle” features original cartoon art by Pat Oliphant, Jeff Danziger, Liza Donnelly, Jim Morin and Palestinian cartoonist Baha Bukhari of Ramallah. The exhibit will also travel to the United States and Europe.

International cartoon exhibit held during G-20 Summit

Pittsburgh will be hosting this year’s international G-20 economic summit and the ToonSeum will feature an international exhibit entitled “Drawn to the Summit: A G-20 Exhibition of International Political Cartoons” featuring editorial cartoons from the leading cartoonists from those countries.
