Illustrator and cartoonist Newton Burch has passed away.

 
Newton Clay (Bud) Burch
October 5, 1925 – March 24, 2021

illustrator, art director, cartoonist

 

From the obituary:

Bud attended Drake University and later The Art Institute of Chicago. Bud worked for the State of Iowa as an artist 25 years. After Bud retired he became a Cartoonist.
