Comic Strip of the Day

CSotD: At the end of the day, humor changes

Rubesleighrubin

It's been a long day, most of it on generator power with no Internet connection, so I didn't get to the funnies until about 12 hours after I normally would have. I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but I had a couple of witty strips picked out that really told some universal truths in a thought-provoking way … and then I came across this silly Rubes gag (by Leigh Rubin). There is something about it that is so stupid that it absolutely hit the spot I haven't been able to reach all day. As the song says, "Nothing with gods, nothing with fate; Weighty affairs will just have to wait!"

Comedy tonight.
