Randy Glasbergen, one of the most prolific cartoonist in America, has signed a contract with the Costa Rican newspaper La Nacion to provide weekly cartoons for their Sunday magazine. The single-panel cartoons will be on a variety of subjects and will begin appearing in December. The cartoons will be translated by the newspaper.
