Chester Gould’s daughter Jean Gould O’Connell has written a biography of her father entitled “Chester Gould, a Daughter’s Biography of the Creator of Dick Tracy” and will be available during the annual Dick Tracy Days in Woodstock IL. The OSU Cartoon Research Library has a new exhibit in their reading room called To Be Continued… and will run through August 24th. The exhibit centers on examples of comic strip stories that, “kept Americans talking, speculating, and, most importantly, buying newspapers.”
