Stacy Curtis, the ousted editorial cartoonist – now children’s book illustrator has started up a blog with Wes Hargis (artist for the former Franklin Fibbs/Little Fibbs feature) and Ted Dawson, (creator of former Spooner feature). Diesel Sweeties unofficially launches early

Comics Reporter Tom Spurgeon has photos of Diesel Sweeties in newspapers even though the official launch isn’t until Monday. Apparently with FoxTrot leaving, R. Stevens cranked out a “special batch” of Diesel Sweeties for newspapers wanting to begin DS in FoxTrot’s vacant spot.
