When today’s Popeye guest-starred Jeep and his “intradimenshkinal” talents was Randy aware that it was exactly 90 years since Professor Brainstine explained the hows and whys of Jeep’s mysterious powers?
Which instantly brought to mind:
I couldn’t agree with Alley Oop more. And that goes for the Little Oop Sundays too.
Friday’s strip struck me as too cruel for a Macanudo gag, more suitable for Insanity Streak.
A reminder:
Liniers (Ricardo Siri) won two Silver Reubens Friday night – one of them for his Macanudo comic strip. (Yeah!)
As far as I can determine yesterday’s strip was the fourth new MUTTS comic this year, and the second new one in ten days! Very likely it is a follow-up, 20 years later, to the Lenny strips of the week of May 1, 2006.
Going way back to two weeks ago.
I’m still trying to figure out why GoComics re-arranged that Sunday Pearls Before Swine of July 26, 2026.
