  1. I didn’t know the original Nancy cartoonist Ernie Bushmiller worked for the Baltimore Sun.

    1. He didn’t. Without going to check the paper, I’m assuming this was part of the Houdini Red Magic section, a syndicated feature that sometimes featured Bushmiller work.

      Many of the items above were syndicated — DD might want to change the attributions to “As found in…”

  2. Exactly. The papers listed were where the source of the art, mostly syndicated, were found.

  3. The art is quite good, but I don’t think much of it would qualify as cartooning.
