Is “mon chum” a common phrase in Quebecois?
Chum : Mon chum, my boyfriend. Girls also say ma chum de fille, my girl friend. Guys can also say mon chum as in mon ami, my friend. But if a girl says mon chum, she’s mostly talking about her boyfriend.
