CSotD: Gloryosky! Here’s what you’d have read 75 Years ago today!

I'm still on the road; we'll go live again tomorrow. Meanwhile, here are the funnies from this date in 1941. I have to admit, I hadn't heard of all of them, and I would point out that a lot of these assume that readers were there yesterday and will be back tomorrow.
