Furuichi, Yoshinaga hit 5 years of webcomic Nemu*Nemu

Audra Furuichi and Scott Yoshinaga are celebrating the fifth year mark of their webcomic nemu*nemu (pronounced “Neh-moo neh-moo”) at the end of this month. On April 29th, their first full-color book, “nemu*nemu – Out of this World” will be released. The book is comprised of the entire fifth year of comics, some of which have been enhanced for the printed edition, special never-before-seen artwork, author commentary and more. The book will debut at Kawaii-Kon, Hawaii’s anime convention and conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and online at their website.

I can’t say enough about what great people Scott and Audra are. I definitely owe a lot of the success I’ve found with my webcomic to their advice.

It’s impressive how well they’ve done with their smartly, written comic that caters to an all-ages audience. This can be hard to make work on the web. Congrats on five years!

Daily Cartoonist: Webcomics is fast becoming my No. 1 place to find out what is happening in the World of Webcomics.

Thanks for switching me on to NEMU*NEMU.

I?d have never heard about this little gem of a comic, otherwise.

Thanks Alan,
