Darko, Pett, Lamontagne Win World Press Freedom International Editorial Cartoon Award

The theme this year was “Times are tough.” Taking the top first, second and third place are: Darko Drljevic of Montenegro, Joel Pett of USA, and Patrick Lamontagne of Canada.
