Cartoonists Rights Pledge Drive

Cartoonists Rights is running its annual pledge drive to support its mission to defend cartoonists around the world who are threatened or persecuted for their cartoons.

The free speech organization reports that as a non-profit they are facing several challenges this year: government withdrawals from humanitarian efforts, the Trump administration policies that create visa disruptions, and threats to lawful foreign nationals by ICE, and generally less and slower funding to non-profits while needs increase.

On this Giving Tuesday, if you have means, please donate to Cartoonists Rights to support their work to protect cartoonists around the world. They are a 501(c)(3) organization based out of Virginia, so your donations are tax deductible in the US.
