The Chinese have their water torture and the Australians, well the National Cartoon Gallery anyway, have their own form of torment. This year’s Rotary Cartoon Awards were held two weeks ago but the disclosure of the winning cartoonists and the runners-up were announced one day at a time since the ceremony.
But we finally have the results as presented on the National Cartoon Gallery Facebook page.
