The Austin American-Statesman, after giving readers a sampling,
has opened a poll to decide what will replace The Pajama Diaries on Sundays:
A few weeks ago, we started running “Nancy” in our Sunday comics section, after the creator of “The Pajama Diaries,” Terri Libenson, announced she was retiring the strip. We are considering “Nancy” and three other comics to fill the hole left by “The Pajama Diaries,” and now we want to hear what you think.
(Yeah, they mostly used daily samples for Sunday strip voting.)
The Brilliant Mind of Edison Lee, Macanudo, Nancy, and Six Chix are the candidates.
Like the Iowa Caucus, this voting seems to be open to outside influence.
