The Walt Disney Hometown Toonfest in Marceline, Missouri is celebrating its 20th year. This year’s guest speakers include writer and illustrator Ken Alvine, New Yorker cartoonist Liza Donnelly, sculptor and art director Ken Melton and “Thatababy” syndicated cartoonist and illustrator Paul Trap.
