CSotD: BONUS Posting! A good cartoon in a good cause

Confession: Most days, I compile the CSTOD.com posting first thing in the morning, with a goal of getting it online no later that 6:30 a.m. Eastern Time. But when I saw Jimmy Margulies's cartoon the night before, and knowing that the time change would make posting on time difficult, I went ahead and posted before going to bed Saturday night. What could be better? A worthy cartoon gave me a chance to deal with the change from EST to EDT.
But there is always the danger that someone will do something wonderful when you least expect it, and Pab Sugenis, curse him, did just that. Today's New Adventures of Queen Victoria explains what's going on, and we've talked about it here, too. And had it simply referenced Team Cul de Sac, I might have just shrugged and gone on.
Let me be clear: This doesn't imply that this comic is better than the one Margulies did. Had I waited until morning, I'd have stared at them both for quite awhile and I can't tell you which I'd have chosen. It wouldn't have been the first morning that happened, and, on those days, the final choice is often a bit random.
This time around, I probably should have just gone with what I had. But it referenced the Uh-Oh Baby, and, not only did it reference the Uh-Oh Baby, but it managed to work it into the strip for a laugh.
We are amused.
