Once more, Kieran Meehan's gift for bathos comes to the fore. Pros and Cons has an ability to set up and deflate that wouldn't work half as well if the deflators did not invariably look demented.

In, of course, the most positive, cheerful and endearing sense of the term. A lot of cartoonists get mail from readers who say, "It's like you're looking in our windows!" I sincerely hope that Kieran Meehan does not get a lot of these letters.
