Today's Baby Blues struck me as funny because, see, when I was a kid, I had this friend whose mother tried to knit him a sweater. I forget his name. He moved away. But that's why I laughed at this cartoon. Because of him.

(In truth, my mother knitted me a sweater just a few years ago that fits and looks nice and that I wear. But there was another attempt, many years ago … )
