Editorial Cartooning

» Marshall Ramsey, editorial cartoonist for the Clarion-Ledger will be on the campus of the University of Tennessee’s Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy today speaking to students about politics and cartooning.


A recent raid by Iraqi police on an exhibition featuring a cartoon lampooning their prime minister is being criticized by an Iraqi parliamentary committee who believes the raid was a violation of freedom of expression.
