The folks at the San Diego International Comic Con are beginning to feature profiles of guests scheduled to appear during the gathering next month. Some have comic strip bona fides.
This list of Alison Bechdel (Dykes to Watch Out For), Eddie Campbell (The Goat Getters, Kate Carew), Greg Evans (Luann), Karen Evans (Luann), Chip Kidd (Peanuts books), Paul Levitz (The World’s Greatest Superheroes), Max Allan Collins (Dick Tracy, Batman), Liniers (Macanudo), and Bianca Xunise (Six Chix) is an early one.
