Fox to produce Napoleon Dynamite animated pilot

The Fox Network has approved a six episode pilot for an animated “Napoleon Dynamite” for their 2011-2012 season. The show is based on the 2004 cult hit comedy and will bring the original cast back together to voice the series. Mike Scully (The Simspons) is also reportedly being brought in as a writer and executive producer.
