Unfortunately for us garden variety collectors that is cost prohibitive except for the most valuable of comic books, unless you are trying to sell them individually on eBay or working a consignment deal.
If, like a lot of inherited comic book collections, the purpose is to get rid of the entire batch in one transaction to a comic book dealer then there are some things the buyer will take into consideration.
