The Rotary Cartoon Awards 2025

This is a strange one. The awards were held on September 6 at Coff’s Harbour (Australia) but there has been no news reports about the 37th Annual Rotary Cartoon Awards. Instead the organization is releasing the results of the half dozen categories at the rate of one per day, and apparently news agencies and the cartoonists are remaining mum about the winners until the organizers announce them on the National Cartoon Gallery‘s Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Anyway… so far…

Rod Emmerson‘s “The Pied Piper” was awarded The Cartoon of the Year – Special Trump That! Category.

Peter Sully got the Special Trump That! Merit Award for “Putin’s Pet.”

Michael Breen takes the 2025 Rotary Cartoon Award for Best Caricature for “‘The Bennyfactor”

David Rowe‘s “Elon” claimed the Caricature Merit Award.
