  1. The Asbury Park Press did not print a newspaper on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day so I do not know how the Three Maidens and The Water Jug ended. I was following cartoon strip and am disappointed because I do not know the ending.

  2. Kathi,
None of the Gannett newspapers published on Dec. 31 or Jan. 1,
The Press, being a Gannett newspaper, followed suit.
The good news is the strip is available at Comics Kingdom:
    https://comicskingdom.com/curtis/
The bad news is Comics Kingdom is down as I write this.
So go to these Seattle Post-Intelligencer pages:
    Dec 31: https://v7.comicskingdom.net/comics/curtis/2021-12-31/?widgetId=109
    Jan. 1: https://v7.comicskingdom.net/comics/curtis/2022-01-01/?widgetId=109

Also: The Three Maidens and The Water Jug continues into next week (or it had a rather abrupt ending).
