My condolences to Scott Adams on the passing of his father

I read Scott Adams’s latest blog post regarding his father’s death. At the time of the writing, his father had not yet passed. It’s an angry post against anyone against doctor assisted suicides. You can feel Scott’s raw emotions as you read it. I don’t want this post to be about the morality or politics of assisted suicides. I read Scott’s and saw a fellow human struggling against the pain of not only losing his father, but watching the suffering that preceded it.

I lost my father a year ago. He died quickly and it totally broke me up. I wish there were better answers for Scott or anyone faced with such a scenario. Until then, I send my condolences to Scott and his family as they work through the immediate days and years without their father.
