From The West Australian we learn that Jason Chatfield is still recovering from being dragged by a taxi earlier this year.
While the local funnyman is still in rehab for injuries sustained to his writing arm, Chatfield is back at work. He soldiered on to perform 42 shows in 25 days during last month’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival and is currently in the US for the National Cartoonists Society’s Reuben Awards and a series of stand-up gigs.
The 26-year-old, who is now based in Melbourne, was injured when a taxi driver refused to take him and his girlfriend, Sophie Miller, home because the destination was “too close” and sped off while Chatfield’s arm was trapped in the passenger side door.

Thanks Alan/Tom – A few more months on the shoulder and I should be right as rain. The funnybone’s still in tact. I think.
