Cagle Cartoons releases oil spill cartoon app

MSNBC.com editorial cartoonist Daryl Cagle (and owner of the Cagle Cartoons newspaper syndicate), has launched “Oil Spill Cartoons,” a new cartoon application for the iPhone and iPod Touch that collects all the cartoons being drawn about the BP Oil Spill.

“Oil Spill Cartoons” enables users to see a new feed of cartoons about the BP Oil Spill, updated in real-time from 900 newspapers across the country as soon as the cartoonist finishes them. The app also allows users to share their favorite political cartoons by e-mail, or post them to their Twitter and Facebook pages within the app. You can check out screen shots on Daryl’s blog or download the $.99 app from the iTunes App Store.
