» There are a couple of book collections coming out next month according to E&P. Collections include: Dilbert, Get Fuzzy and the first collection ever for Watch Your Head.

» San Diego Union-Tribune editorial cartoonist Steve Breen reviews the new Bill Mauldin biography.

» A lengthy article is published on the life of Gordo creator Gus Arriola who passed away last month. The article also talks about his donation of his cartoons, papers and correspondence to the The Bancroft Library.

» UPDATE: Just received an email from United Media. There is a Pearls Before Swine coming book out next month as well. It’s entitled “The Crass Menagerie”

  1. The Tampa Tribune has moved its’ comics section from Baylife (which is dropped as a result of cutbacks) to the Classified section. As a result, “Beetle Bailey” and “Lio” were dropped altogether and “For Better or For Worse” was moved from the color page to the black-and-white page.
