The Complete Far Side paperback due out in November

Andrews McMeel Publishing will be releasing a paperback box edition of Gary Larson’s The Complete Far Side on November 25th. The three book volume is approximately 1278 pages of Gary’s zany panel that ran from 1980 to 1995. Amazon has it currently listed at $73.49 ($100.00 retail).

Video: French Peanuts short films debut

500 90-second animated Peanuts shorts have been produced by the French animation company Angoulême. Here’s one of the five hundred. According to Cartoon Brew the shorts will debut on November 9 and will roll out internationally next year to coincide with the strip’s 65th anniversary. Via Cartoon Brew

Video: Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer is released

Yesterday Marvel/Disney released a trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron. It hints at Marvel is adding a few more characters from the Marvel Universe: Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver. The movie comes out in May of 2015.
