Shareholders approve Disney’s purchase of Marvel

Marvel Entertainment shareholders have approved the $4.3 billion deal with The Walt Disney Company that was announced in August making the deal final. Marvel’s cadre of super-heroes characters (over 5,000) are now a subsidiary of Disney.

I like Disney, but this can’t be good.

On the bright side, at least Marvel will never have to worry about going under…again…
