“Submission Fee: There is a $20 fee for each submission. And with your submission, you’ll receive three months of complimentary access to Narrative Backstage.”

Rich: I read, “There is currently no fee for submissions in the visual arts.” Don’t see anything about paying $20. Where do you see that?

Looks like you pay them $20 for the pleasure of submitting to them. Am I reading their web form incorrectly? Not at all a good deal if true.

Say Allan, when you get done with your web project, perhaps you find out why when I load a page from the DC lately it keeps cycling until it finally places you at the bottom of the page, whether you want it to or not.
