Jeff Smith documentary slated for next Friday

Bone creator Jeff Smith is the subject of a documentary entitled “The Cartoonist: Jeff Smith, Bone, and the Changing Face of Comics.” Unfortunately the movie is only showing at the Wexner Center for the Arts in Columbus, Ohio next Friday the 22nd.

Here is the trailer. Hopefully it will be made available for purchase on DVD.

Looking forward to seeing this. “Bone” is a masterpiece.

I’ve never had the opportunity to read Bone, but that documentary looks very interesting. It’ll probably get me off my butt to go buy a Bone book.

I was at the lecture at the Wexner where they were shooting some of these fan testimonials! Can’t wait to see it!

I do hope this comes out on DVD or even the web in social media form :) I’m a big fan of Jeff Smith and had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago.

I live too far away to see the movie. Hope I can see a DVD. Anyone know if it will be sold?
