A launch commitment does not guarantee print real estate for the comic. Many papers pick up comics and then stockpile them to run later or change their mind after a few months and not run the strip at all. The Free Press seems particularly prone to doing this.

I would say “good luck,” but with a 70 paper launch it doesn’t look like you’re going to need it.
