Marshall Ramsey to talk shop at History Is Lunch series

Clarion-Ledger editorial cartoonist Marshall Ramsey will take part in a “History Is Lunch” series at the William F. Winter Archives and Histroy Building in Jackson on February 28th. He’ll talk about his cartoons and sign copies of his latest book that commemorates his 10 years at the Clarion-Ledger.
